McCabe Ranch II is a master-planned community located in Imperial County, CA that is 337 acres of primarily residential lots. The current plan will have about 1548 dwelling units that is intended to be a blend of single-family for-sale housing, build-to-rent, and multifamily. The master plan will have about 30 acres of schools and parks for the community. The McCabe Ranch development is currently farmland and is in the final mapping process to separate tax parcels for future phasing of the development.
